Today is a day of great change at AIRAH. We're very excited to announce that we've completed the rollout of our new website and our new visual identity!
The scale of these changes is quite large, so we ask for your patience and support during this transitional time, and hope that you thoroughly enjoy the new version of our website and refreshed visual identity.
Why change?
The key factors driving these changes are the aim to provide more efficient, accessible, fit-for-purpose digital experiences, and the goal of aligning our visual identity with our organisational identity and strategic plan in 2024 and beyond.
"We are really excited about the new changes. We have developed a new digital platform to provide users with an improved web experience. And the AIRAH brand has been refreshed to better reflect who we are and what we do."
Sami Zheng, Affil.AIRAH
AIRAH CEO
The changes to our brand and website are obviously considerable. They were informed by a thorough consultation process that took place over the past two years.
Our members have told us that they want HVAC&R to be seen as an exciting, modern industry that is at the forefront of technology and sustainability. Our new brand identity has been designed in consultation with our members to convey this. We believe it will lift the profile not just of AIRAH, but of the whole industry.
Improving our digital services and offerings
We want to provide the best digital experience possible for our members. A large component of this project is addressing digital infrastructure limitations that have prevented us from providing better experiences.
We encourage you to try out the new features on our site: the new search system opened via the site header makes it much easier to find pages on our site, our resource library makes it easier to browse our range of technical resources, our webinar library can help you find specific webinars, and members can enjoy digital access to our DA Manuals directly on-site without any additional software.
These features are just the beginning - we've laid strong digital foundations to build from, so we can better address the evolving needs of our members and industry.
Alignment with our strategic goals and direction
Our new strategic direction has a stronger focus on advocacy, forming connections with other industry bodies, and being better recognised for our input on conversations around the transition to a net zero future, professionalism and safety in the industry, and resilience in the built environment.
We also believe that by presenting a more modern, engaging image and a superior online experience, we will help lift the profile of the entire HVAC&R industry.
"Our strength is in the expertise of our members. By channelling their input and amplifying their voices, AIRAH can have a massive positive impact on our industry and the world at large. Our new visual identity and website will help us towards those goals"

Next steps
Moving forward, we will continue to refine our digital offerings. We'll also be making use of the strong foundations we've laid to produce and release more content and features at a faster pace than before.
Beyond just our digital offerings, we'll be working hard to meet our organisational goals, make the HVAC&R industry the best it can be in Australia, and to make the world a better place for everyone.
