Roberta is a certified coach with over 5 years of experience helping individuals and teams achieve their leadership goals through mindfulness-based training. She also brings 12 years of experience working in the construction industry as a mechanical engineer, which has positioned her to deeply understand and address the challenges women face in tech and construction industries.
