About this course
This course covers the useful and required information to assist you in
selecting and installing air filters. It also identifies the distinct
types of air filters and their uses, as well as their specific
applications and how to utilise standard air filter test reports and
performance criteria. It discusses particulate filters and particulate
filtration only. Filters and air cleaning devices for removing odours,
solvents, volatile organic compounds (VOC), and gases are not covered.
This course is an individual module in the
Professional Certificate in HVAC&R Fundamentals as part of the Air Systems Fundamentals Certificate.
