Alan is the ESG Manager, Industrial and Logistic, with Charter Hall. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, consulting, and building ownership, his demanding role supports the company’s prime industrial fund, encompassing warehouse assets throughout Australia, with their environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives, covering all facets of asset management.

A dedicated AIRAH member for over two decades, Alan has seen the industry evolve through changes in regulations, climate impacts, and technological advancements.

Through his role in the NSW Committee, Alan leverages his extensive experience in manufacturing, consulting, and building ownership to organise events and forums. His goal is to foster collaboration among members, keeping them at the forefront of technological advancements and innovations.

In his spare time, you'll find Alan exploring the outdoors through bushwalking with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing the occasional round of golf and going for bike rides.
