One of AIRAH's most popular training courses, this session will present information on the changes to Section J in the NCC 2019.

With the recent adoption of the NCC 2019 Section J provisions by the NT Government, AIRAH is pleased to be running this session in Darwin. It will cover the intent of the energy efficiency requirements, with a focus on Part J5. We'll also discuss verification methods, condensation management, and the methods of meeting compliance requirements. This training will provide you with an understanding of what you will need to consider in your building design assessments.

Additional topics include the DtS compliance pathway; performance pathways; façade system calculation tools; J6 – fans, pumps, duct, and pipe sizing calculation tools, and an introduction to other calculation tools in the NCC; and the crossover between Volume 1 and 2 energy efficiency requirements.
