Call for speakers closing: Building Physics Forum

Thank you for your interest in speaking at an AIRAH event! The call for speakers for our Building Physics Forum 2023 (September 13 in Melbourne) closes on Friday, March 24.

The technical organising committee is calling for presentations on an array of subjects that address the future of building physics.

The forum will cover a range of topics including building physics in standards; thermal bridging and thermal break solutions; thermal resilience case studies; air barrier quality control; mould/humidity/indoor air quality case studies; human comfort and building health; links between design, building fabric, and HVAC systems; building and architecture case studies – challenges and lessons learnt; innovative building envelope solutions led by science; costs of building poor envelope durability; analytical tools and techniques for building physics; building physics and sustainable design; and more. 

All submissions should be emailed to [email protected] and include:

  • A 300-word presentation overview submitted as a Word document
  • A 100-word condensed presentation overview submitted as a Word document
  • A 100-word biography submitted as a Word document
  • A high-resolution presenter photo
