Enhancing Indoor Air Quality for Health and Comfort

Highlighting the importance of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) for health, comfort, and productivity, we cover key IAQ factors like PM2.5, CO, CO₂, and minimum relative humidity, emphasizing the risks of low humidity on respiratory health, infections, and cognitive function. The session also addresses airborne pathogen transmission and the role of ventilation. It offers strategies for managing IAQ, including CO₂ monitoring and ventilation, to promote healthier, more sustainable indoor environments.
